S&P TRCeN800RT-230 1100 CFM Rooftop Commercial Energy Recovery Ventilator w/ EC Motor

The S&P TRCeN800RT-230 Rooftop Commercial ERV is a high-performance ventilation solution for commercial or industrial building applications. 

This model improves indoor air quality using an advanced energy recovery core that exchanges stale indoor air with fresh outdoor air while transferring humidity and heat between them. The transfer process minimizes energy loss, making it a sustainable choice for maintaining comfort and air quality in any facility.

The TRCeN800RT-230 features two electronically commutated motors for precise, energy-efficient airflow control with a high airflow output. Its rugged, galvanized steel cabinet and weather-resistant design ensure durability in outdoor installations.

Horizontal or Vertical Design

Depending on the system requirements, you can choose between horizontal (TRCeN800RTH) or vertical (TRCeN800RTV) airflow configuration. Each configuration includes attached hoods for exhaust and supply airstreams. 

Ventilation Core

The TRCeN800RT-230 features an AHRI 1060-certified static plate core that efficiently transfers heat and humidity. Its ventilation is powered by dual 370W direct-drive motors that control precise, energy-efficient airflow.

• Dual Filtration: It uses two MERV 8 filters (20 x 20 x 2 inches) to remove dust and debris from the air before it enters indoor spaces.  
• Airflow Capacity: This ERV produces airflow between 250 to 1,100 CFM (cubic feet per minute) for varying static pressure conditions.

Tough Enough for Any Environment

The ERV’s cabinet was designed for rooftop installation and can withstand the harshest outdoor conditions. The fully insulated case is relatively compact, allowing it to fit on rooftops with limited space. 

• Transformer and Relay Package: This model has a 24VAC transformer and relay package, which allows seamless integration with the building management system.
• Tough Construction: The 20-gauge galvanized steel cabinet includes high-density insulation for thermal and acoustic efficiency.
• Simple Installation: The design features lifting lugs, hinged doors, and a non-fused disconnect for quick setup and maintenance.
