S&P SMC Motion Sensor Control for TRC Model ERVs

Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of your S&P Total Recovery for All Climates (TRC) Energy Recovery Ventilator with the SMC Motion Sensor Control. This passive infrared sensor helps your S&P TRC ERV adjust the airflow of the room based on current occupancy.  The motion control occupancy sensor can be wired to turn on the ERV at high speed or at a speed set by potentiometers when the space is occupied.

You can purchase the S&P motion sensor as a ceiling mount or a wall mount version to best suit your needs. The ceiling mount can fit a drop ceiling up to 1 inch thick, while the wall mount version is designed to be installed onto the wallboard. 

This passive infrared sensor control also includes a delayed-off timer for further convenience.
