S&P BACnet Fan Control

The S&P BACnet Fan Control is a plug-and-play wall-mounted accessory to connect your S&P ERV with a Building Management System (BMS) or Building Automation System (BAS).

Installation of this easy-to-operate controller saves 50% in labor and material costs versus adding an I/O connection for ERV BMS monitoring and control.

The BACnet Fan Control enables you to turn your ERV fan on and off remotely, and adjust the fan speed of the TRC, TRC-RT and TRCen/TRCe S&P ERV models. This accessory requires a 24VAC power source and can be installed by the ERV or on a standard junction box.
