The WSC Heater is a surfaced-mounted UL suitable to be used outdoor and is a good choice for various freeze protection applications. The WSC has been made with the motive of reducing moisture from mechanical equipment and also to prevent freezing of pumps, valves, and farm machinery from freezing. With the combination of an impeller style fan with a NiChrome heating element, the WSC heater provides instant heat to the coldest of places. It is good for use with a wall thermostat or an in-built thermostat.

• Outdoor Rating: When the W series is installed, it also brings the added benefit of UL ratings when used outdoor.
• Fan and Motor: Motors are well lubricated along with inbuilt impedance protection and are equipped with sealed bearings. Motors provided are of the same voltage as the heater. The motor and all wiring are completely isolated from the heating chamber protecting them from hot air damage. The motors come with a well balanced four-blade aluminum impeller fan, present in the upper portion of the heat box, allowing a down-flow heating pattern.
• Elements: Assemblies constitute coiled Nickel-Chromium alloy, corrosion-resistant wire strung through at least four rows of mica insulators.
• Smart Limit Thermal Protection: It switches the heater off in case of unsafe temperatures on the inlet or outlet and will reset in case the power is disturbed for around 10 minutes.
• Grill: It comes fitted with a grill which is a louvred, one-piece design that has rounded edges and corners to prevent snags from touching other materials. The grill is an epoxy powder- coated in the color as per the company which manufactures it.
