Rated for indoor or outdoor use, this radon kit is engineered for continuous, long-term use.

How Does It Work?

This MET-listed fan vertically installs in concrete slabs, crawlspaces, and basements via PVC pipes. Extend through exterior walls, or install in your basement with an extended pipe from the floor or from a sump pit. Choose from two models:

• RDN04: Comes with four-inch to four-inch anti-vibration rubber couplers.
• RDN04-3: Comes with four-inch to three-inch anti-vibration rubber couplers.

What is Radon?

Radon is an odorless carcinogen and the second leading cause of lung cancer. This radon mitigation fan’s high efficiency impeller creates negative pressure to pull radon gas from beneath a home and vent it outside.

Active Soil Depressurization (ASD)

The Radon Mitigation System effectively lowers radon levels through sub-slap depressurization.  Versatile installation allows indoor or outdoor installation, since the fan features a watertight, UV-resistant construction, and can be installed over a sump pit opening, concrete slab, or crawlspace for radon discharge.

**Must be installed and wired by a qualified technician. Ensure there is a proper drainage via a condensate bypass.
